IT IS THE FAULT LOCATOR AND ANALYSER SYSTEM FOR LOCATING FAULTS such as open circuit, short circuit phase to earth, phase to phase, low insulation faults, jumper opening, lightening arrestor failure, insulator decapping etc on HT lines from 11 kv to 33 kv. It is helpful in line commissioning.
